WILL YOU DELIVER TO ANY ADDRESS?

We will deliver to any address (a restaurant, a bar, a shopping center, your house, whatever!) as long as your address is within one of the serviceable state. We can’t deliver to military camps, government institutions, any schools or near children, however.

MY PACKAGE IS GOING TO THE WRONG DESTINATION WHEN TRACKED

If you’re tracking your package on the Discreet Dropoff website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT HAPPENED?

Insured Shipping

If you select Insured Shipping, and you don’t receive your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. You will be credited for the full amount of the order in points and you can simply place the order again.

Non-Insured Shipping

If you have NOT selected the Insured Shipping Option, and you don’t get your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. We can do a trace to find the package, they ship it to you and you’ll receive it a few days later. If the package is deemed “unrecoverable,” we can reship the order, but refunds will not be offered due to postal issues.

Your order is shipped the same business day, if we receive your order and payment by our 1pm (GMT-7) cutoff time. If we receive your order and payment after 1pm (GMT-7), your order will be shipped the next business day, except for overnight express delivery.

HOW TO SEND A WIRE TRANSFER?

Online

This is a fast and convenient option, pay by debit card and your money is ready sent in minutes.

1) Log in or register, and click ‘send now’ to start your transfer.

2) Enter the destination and amount, then choose cash pick up and payment by card.

3) Enter your receiver’s name and address.

4) Pay with your credit2 or debit card (issued by a bank).

5) WU will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your transaction (MTCN). Share this receipt with us us via email service@thcweedstore.com for fast cash pick up and delivery.

In Person

Go directly to the counter to transfer money to our cashiers.

1) Search for an agent location near you.

2) Go directly to the counter with your ID, My WU® number or phone number, and bring your receiver’s information. Give the Agent the applicable funds (including transaction fee*), and pay with cash.

3) Save your receipt and share the tracking number (MTCN) with your us via email service@thcweedstore.com for fast cash pick up.
